Welcome to the May 2014 Newsletter.

Cloud Hosting, in both its print form and this newsletter, continue to go from strength to strength, so I must begin by thanking you, our readers, for supporting our new title as it 'finds its feet' in the marketplace.

In this newsletter you will see a news story from Compuware about businesses' lack of faith in cloud service providers, and specifically in the way that SLAs are constructed. As the news item says: "When faced with new IT challenges and risks, businesses can't afford to waste time playing the blame game when something goes wrong. Having the ability to work with their cloud provider to quickly get to the heart of the issue and resolve the matter is essential to alleviate risk and hindrances while moving investment to the cloud."

The April/May edition of Cloud Hosting magazine looks into the issue of Cloud SLAs in much more detail - if you don't already receive it, click the link below to ensure you don't miss out!
