Welcome to our February e-newsletter, which as well as all the usual news and views also includes a fascinating round-up of industry experts' views on what 2016 will bring to the sector. Campbell Williams of Six Degrees Group, for instance, describes 2016 as ‘the year for cloud people’ saying: “Despite its high level of automation, cloud technology doesn’t run itself. Businesses of all sizes are realising that human expertise is an enormous part of making cloud strategies a success and that human element is vital to fully leveraging the advantages of the cloud. From SMEs at one end of the scale to the largest, most agile corporates at the other, 2016 will see organisations increase their own cloud strategy expertise or rely on partners who can deliver it for them.”

We’re sure you will find plenty of fuel for your own debates as you read and share this article in your workplace. And do feel free to let me know your own thoughts on the likely trends for 2016, via the email address below.
