Comment

Welcome to the August edition of the DM Magazine eNewsletter, which includes some timely and apposite content relating to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, and how document/content technologies are playing their part in addressing some of the many issues arising during the crisis.

The case study on the Royal College of Nursing is a great illustration of how an online information hub is able to support front-line staff by making sure they have easy access to the most up-to-date clinical advice and guidance. Elsewhere, Storetec’s Amy Wright describes how moving to a digital mailroom model can help organisations have confidence that communications are delivered securely and safely anywhere around the world.

I wanted to also remind readers that nominations are still open (until September 21) for the 2020 DM Awards - that’s only a few weeks away now, so if you haven’t yet made your voice heard, what’s stopping you? Visit the awards website . If you would like to get involved then please contact Abby at the office on 07861 682 066 or abby.penn@btc.co.uk.
