Nominations are still open for submitting a project the
2017 Document Manager Awards
To enter for this year you would need to supply a word doc or pdf of a Project.
This should include the following.
- Some explanation of the business issues that were being addressed, and the cost or other measurable impact of them
- How/why the specific solution was chosen and what made it stand out from alternative approaches (not necessarily naming any competitive bids etc. of course)
- How the success of the project has been measured - ROI, staff, customer service, improved processes etc.
- Some quotes from the end user are always good
- Plus something that makes the project stand out from the rest
We don't have a specified a max word count for an entry but I'd suggest it shouldn't need be more than a two page PDF so it's unlikely to be much over 1500 words at most - at the same time if it's much less than say 500, then it probably doesn't go into enough detail for the judges to really decide how it compares with other entries.
There are 2 category entries Public sector projects and Private sector projects.
The closing date for submissions is the 7th October
Your submission should be sent to me and I will forward this to the editor and the judges.
