Comment

Welcome to the December issue of the Document Manager e-Newsletter, which as ever features a broad selection of editorial content covering the entire gamut of document/content related technologies and solutions, from reviews of portable wifi scanners right up to enterprise wide communications strategies and production-level scanning. We also feature an interview with David Wilkinson of Storetec, winners of the BPO/Bureau/Outsourcing Business of the Year category at this year's DM Awards. It is fascinating to hear how 'traditional' bureau businesses have adapted to the changing IT landscape - especially the Cloud - and it is clear that there are good reasons why Storetec is so successful a company.

On a side note, I'd be interested in using this last newsletter of the year to kick off some feedback from you, our readers - what kind of editorial has been of most value to you so far, and what - if anything - would you like to see changed in future issues? Should we place more emphasis on case studies or on bylined opinions? Do we get the balance right with regard to technology as against management/strategy? We can only continue to thrive as a publication if we are giving the readers what they want: this is your chance to help shape our content for the future. Please send your thoughts to me at the email address below. Many thanks in advance, and happy holidays to you all!
