Welcome to the last Storage magazine eNewsletter for 2022, at the end of what has been a tumultuous year by any measure. Any of us who thought that the gradual lessening of Covid-19's impact would mean everything getting 'back to normal' will have been sorely disappointed.

Extraordinary and tragic events in Ukraine combined with sometimes farcical goings-on in Westminster have meant that 2022 comes to an end with most of us glad to see the back of the year, and hopeful that 2023 will bring some stability and predictability back to our lives.

As we head into an uncertain Winter where many of our neighbours are afraid to turn their heating up and large scale industrial unrest seems to be right around the corner, it almost seems fatuous to focus on the ups and downs of a relatively undamaged sector such as ours. But at the end of the day (or year!), that is what Storage magazine exists for - and we have existed now for almost 23 years

Everyone here at Storage would like to wish all of you - readers, users, vendors and partners - the very best for next year and beyond.

David Tyler, Editor
